BEFORE & AFTER
Here are a few "before & after" samples from clients wanting to update previous framed art. Perhaps they moved into a new home and changed their style and color scheme or they wanted to refresh the look of their art. It's also a good idea to bring in important pieces that were framed years ago. This industry has evolved with new materials and conservation methods, which are now more affordable, and will significantly slow down further damage that can occur from old mats made from tree fiber (very acidic) and glass that doesn't have any UV filtering. Happily, in the past decade, these conservation materials have been made more affordable for the average consumer.

New frame and mat with hand drawn decoration to compliment the artwork.
AFTER: A more contemporary frame and double mat really brings out the detail of this drawing.

AFTER: Using the same frame but replacing the matting, really made the colors of this intricate pastel vibrant and give this beautiful pastel more depth.
